Resurgens Charitable Foundation Grant Guidelines
Resurgens Orthopaedics has a strong history of community involvement in the areas we serve. In 2001 this commitment was strengthened with the establishment of the Resurgens Charitable Foundation. The Resurgens Foundation is keenly interested in funding projects that align with our mission,"to promote active lifestyles for people of all ages and all abilities".
The Resurgens Foundation does not use a grant application form or formal application process. We have not established maximum or minimum dollar amounts. The grant size ranges from a few hundred to several thousand dollars, depending on the size of the organization and the scope of the project. We look at the amount needed for each specific project based on scope of work.
The Resurgens Charitable Foundation provides these guidelines to assist your organization as you prepare your grant proposal. Like most giving programs, Resurgens Foundation receives far more requests for support than it can approve.

When Grant Proposals are Reviewed
The Foundation's board of directors generally meets bi-monthly (January, March, May, July, September and November) to review proposals. A Foundation committee conducts an in-depth review process prior to the meeting. Once a grant is received, additional information, including a site visit, may be required. Once the grant is approved, we require written notification when the project has been completed and an accounting of how the grant was used.
Application Submission Deadline
All applications will be reviewed and organizations will be notified within 90 days of our funding decision.
